These are some personal tips that I have used over the years. I share them with you and hopefully, they will be a blessing.

5 WAYS TO START A GREAT DAY
Life can be tough but you can still start your day on a "good foot," regardless as to the situation. So here a five ways to start a great day:

1. Give Thanks
2. Smile
3. Read an inspiring scripture or favorite quite
4. Look at yourself in the mirror and say "It's a great day."
5. Give someone a hug or hug yourself (love changes all things)

While these may seem corny, I do at least two everyday. It helps me to feel grateful and when needed invincible.

DETOX YOUR MIND
The mind is a consuming sponge. It never sleeps. Sometimes we become so overwhelmed and can't seem to process information or function correctly. So what can we do? We can detox our brain.

"Accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative" (pray/meditate). Think positive because your thoughts impact your mind and body.

Exercise regularly (it releases oxygen to the brain which help to keep your brain healthy--healthy brain, healthy thoughts)

Get enough sleep (7-9 hours)

Laugh more often, it reduces stress hormones such as cortisol and epinephrine and when laughing the brain releases endorphins that can relieve some physical pain.

HEALING THE HURT
We all have experienced hurt. When our heart hurts our life hurts. It's time to stop hurting. Spend time with yourself and with the word of God. It is the best heart fixer:
